You will need - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of sea salt, 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, a glass bowl, piece of paper, black pen , 1 Black & 1 Red candle. Mix the lemon juice, sea salt, & oil into the bowl. Place the bowl on the floor in front of you. Sit yourself in c comfortable position & place the candles beside the bowl (red on the left, black on the right.) Rip the piece of paper in half then set it to one side. Light both the candles, left one first. Now, close your eyes and visualize a sphere. In the middle of the sphere, visualize yourself trapped inside, trying to get out. See the black and red candles burning around you. Watch as the candles spin around you, getting faster each time they pass. Then see yourself magickally being released from the sphere. On one piece of paper, draw a picture of what you saw. On the other, write what it is that you fear the most. Set light to both pieces of paper using the candles, black for the written half, red for the drawing. Throw the lit pieces of paper into the bowl. Take the bowl outside and pour it's contents into a hole in the ground. Fill the hole with dirt. The spell is complete.
TO KEEP AWAY NIGHTMARES AND BRING PROPHETIC DREAMS
Make a small pillow using either muslin, or another light-weight fabric, & put velcro on one edge so that it will allowing easy opening of the pillow to refreash it in the future, ( this saves you having to make a new pillow each time! ). Once you have created your pillow, fill it with - 4 oz dried lavender flowers, 4 oz dried sage, 2 oz ground orris root (optional ) 4 oz deer's tongue herb, 2 oz cedar shavings, 4 oz coltsfoot herb, 4 oz sweet fern & 2 oz violet. Keep dream pillow under your ordinary bed pillow, or inside it's pillow case.
DREAM PILLOWS
Make a small pillow with velcro fastening, & Mix the following ingredients in a bowl - 1 cup mugwort, 1/2 cup rose petals, 1/2 cup German chamomile, 1/2 cup of sweet hops, 1/3 cup lavender buds, 1/3 cup catnip crushed, 1/4 cup peppermint Fill the pillow with the contents of the bowl, close the pillow & enjoy sweet dreams!
STOP NIGHTMARES
You will need - a White scarf, 4 cloves, pinch of basil, pinch of ground sage, lavender or vanilla oil, a black marker pen & white ribbon. Lay out the scarf. Place the spices into the scarf & add 2 drops of the oil. Gather the scarf at the top & tie it with the ribbon. On the outside of the scarf draw the nightmare that disturbs you. Place the scarf under your pillow & leave it there while you sleep.
A SPELL FOR PROPHETIC DREAMS
Place a note pad by your bed, ( you need this to write down your dreams in! ) Sprinkle some Jasmine oil on your pillow. Brew a cup of mugwort tea. Light a blue candle on your altar, or in a safe place. Say whatever comes into your mind & ask the goddess / god of your choice to guide your dreams. Take sips of the tea as you repeat the words, gaze into the smoke, and when you feel yourself ready to fall asleep, blow out the candle & say - "So mote it be." Go to sleep. If you should wake in the night, immediately record in the note pad anything that you can remember about what you had been dreaming of, & again write down everything you can rememberwhen you wake in the morning.
TO HAVE DREAMS OF THE DECEASED
You will need - 1 white candle, picture of the deceased & a pentagram. Light the candle and stare at the flame for a few minutes. Put the picture at eye level and say the following - " You are gone forever, But through this spell, My dreams to which you will come. " Place the picture under your pillow. Let the candle burn to a stub, blow it out, and place it under your pillow also. Sleep with them under your pillow for three nights to receive the dream you want.
SPELL TO DREAM OF THE FUTURE
Decide exactly what subject your prophetic/psychic dream will be about, how far into the future you wish to see, who it involves, any specific questions you wish an answer to & how you wish the question to be answered. you need to exactly know the above before you proceed. On a square of pale Blue cloth, place in the middle cloth as many of the following that you can get a hold of - ash leaves, bay leaves, cinquefoil, heliotrope, holly,jasmine flowers, marigold flowers, mimosa, mugwort, onion, and/or yarrow.
